Our Mission

TRICOR aims to provide high quality craftsmanship in the commercial construction industry at a very competitive cost. It is the goal of the company to achieve a greater reputation for quality, safety, and on-time delivery than the current competitors in the Chicago region. TRICOR is committed to delivering on-time completion. TRICOR maintains high integrity on all promised timelines and quality assurances. Our Experience

TRICOR's competitive edges are its personal list of contacts which make up a healthy referral network, its competitive cost on projects, and the expansive carpentry experience of its owners and workers. The three managing owners, James Weber, Thomas Weber, and Robert Sebastian have 40 combined years of experience at all levels within the carpentry industry. All three have extensive field experience as Lead Foreman and Project Managers, and have participanted in many major commercial projects of varying types. Beyond field experience, each managing member is also experienced in the estimating department.

The crew of TRICOR is formulated of individuals with a talent for craftsmanship. The company prides itself on only hiring experienced, union tradespersons for its crews. The quality assurance guarantees are provided not only by the company, but by each individual working on the project.

In the area of carpentry, we are affiliated with both the Chicago Regional Council of Carpenters Union and the Will County Carpenters Union. We also employ our own tapers and therefore TRICOR is also affiliated with both the Chicago Painters and Allied Trades District Council 30 Union and the Chicago Painters and Decorators District Council #14 Union.
